At The Sewing Studio, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your fabric or sewing supplies aren't the perfect fit for your project, you can return most items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Return
Log into your account portal and select the order containing the items you wish to return to receive a return authorization number.
Prepare Your Package
Carefully pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring that fabric cuts are neatly folded and all notions remain in their sealed containers.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.
Receive Your Refund
Once our studio team inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
