Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days within the continental US. Sewing machines and heavy furniture may require additional processing time and usually arrive within 7-10 business days.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship to most countries worldwide. International shipping rates and delivery times vary by location and will be calculated at checkout.
What is your return policy on cut fabric?
Because fabric is cut to your specific order requirements, we cannot accept returns on cut yardage unless the item is defective or we sent the incorrect pattern.
Are your sewing machines covered by a warranty?
All sewing machines sold at The Sewing Studio come with a full manufacturer's warranty. We also offer a 30-day store guarantee for any mechanical defects out of the box.
Can I track my order once it has been placed?
Absolutely. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email notification containing a tracking number and a link to monitor your package's progress.
Do you offer bulk discounts for professional sewists?
