When sending your machine to us for repair, it is VERY IMPORTANT you follow our instructions for safe transit of your machine to us.

1. Send your machine to us via Courier.

   We strongly recommend sending your machine in manufacturers packaging. If this is not possible, please click the button below to view our packaging guide.

2. Engineers’ Inspection and Evaluation.

   Our engineer will evaluate your machine, then call or email you to advise on charges for the repair, service, both or otherwise.
   
   

3. Agreed work undertaken.

   Once the agreed work is completed, your machine will be tested and approved, we will then call you to take payment over the phone. The £5 booking fee will be deducted from the service charge.
   
   

4. Arrange for a courier collection.

   We ask our customers to book their own courier collection. Your machine will be sent back to you in the same packaging used to send to us. We will make it available for your courier collection between 9am and 5pm, Monday to Friday.
