The Bernette 05 Crafter sewing machine is robust with a powerful motor, it can cope with thicker fabrics as well as delicate and stretch. It comes with 30 different stitch options including a 1-step buttonhole, straight stitch, zig-zag, stretch stitches and a blanket stitch. These can be adjusted to a maximum of 6mm in width and 4mm in length and the density of the buttonhole and stretch stitches can be adjusted to achieve the best results.
The machine is easy to use and set up with a built-in needle threader and drop-in bobbin. The feed dogs can be dropped for any free motion work and the presser foot pressure is adjustable to achieve consistent stitches on fine fabrics.
The Bernette 05 Crafter sewing machine sews up to a maximum speed of 1100 stitches per minute and is a great all round machine, suited to any skill level from beginner to advanced.
