The 7 needle felting tool is perfect for use in 2D felting work. The barbed needles catch the wool fibres and push them into your base fabric, keeping your design in place. You can use less needles for more detailed work. The tool has a lockable spring actioned cover for protection from the sharp needles when not in use. For use with felt, wool, denim, fleece and more. Size: 2.5 x 10cm.
Used in conjunction with a Felting Mat (sold separately - MF0262 or CJ4768), lay the base fabric onto the mat. Place the wool roving on top of the fabric and pierce with the felting tool, ensuring you pierce through the base fabric. The fibres will become interlaced with each other, securing the design in place.More Images
